Questions

Before you book.

Do I need to be at the property?−
No. A lockbox or door code works fine. You will get a text on arrival and again when the shoot wraps up.
How should the home be prepared?+
Lights on, blinds open, counters clear and cars out of the driveway. A short prep sheet arrives before the shoot so nothing is a guess.
Can the drone fly anywhere?+
Almost. Every flight is FAA Part 107 certified and insured, with airspace approval where it is needed, such as near JAX, Cecil Field and Kings Bay. If weather grounds the drone, the shoot is rescheduled at no charge.
Who owns the photos?+
You can use them to market the property anywhere: the MLS, your website, print and social. Jacob Patrick Media keeps the copyright and may show the work in its portfolio.
