I spent years doing marketing before I ever charged for a photograph. A master's in marketing, work as a corporate security analyst before that, and a stretch at a non profit where the budget for everything was whatever was left. That background is why this business is not just a camera for hire. I care what the photographs are for, which is usually a listing that needs to move, a lender who needs to see progress, or a business that needs to explain itself to people who have never walked in the door.

The media side started properly when I got my Part 107 certificate and an aircraft I could fly commercially. Since then the work has split into three pieces that keep feeding each other. Listing and rental media for agents and owners. Recurring documentation and mapping for builders and developers. Marketing strategy and video content for businesses outside real estate entirely.

I work out of Jacksonville and up into Camden County, Georgia, which means Jacksonville Beach one day and Kingsland the next. That corridor is small enough that I can be on a site the week you call and large enough that there is real work in it.

What you can expect: posted prices instead of a quoting ritual, files inside forty eight hours, a straight answer when something is not possible, and no surprises on the invoice. What I will tell you plainly is where my work stops. I am not a licensed surveyor, I do not run anyone's social accounts, and I will say when a job needs somebody other than me.
