Video that explains what your business actually does.

Monthly video content for businesses that have something worth explaining and nobody in house to film it. Researched, scripted, filmed and edited. You get finished files, ready to publish wherever you want them.

Who this is for

Businesses that sell expertise, not products.

If explaining what you do is most of the sale, video does the explaining before anyone picks up the phone.

Law and professional services
Attorneys, accountants, advisors

Prospective clients are nervous, uninformed and comparing three firms. Video answers the questions they are embarrassed to ask on a first call, and it lets them decide they like you before they ever speak to you.

  • Explaining a practice area
  • What to expect from a case
  • Answering common questions
  • Attorney and partner introductions
  • Client process walkthroughs
  • Recruiting and firm culture
Medical, dental and clinics
Practices and specialists

Patients research procedures for weeks before booking. A practice that explains the procedure clearly, in the voice of the person who performs it, wins the appointment over the one with a stock photo and a phone number.

  • Procedure explainers
  • New patient orientation
  • Provider introductions
  • Technology and facility tours
  • Aftercare instructions
  • Insurance and billing questions
Home services and trades
Roofing, HVAC, remodeling

The work itself is the best content you have, and almost nobody captures it. Job sites, before and after, and a crew that knows what they are talking about beat any ad you could buy.

  • Job site progress and results
  • Before and after transformations
  • How a repair actually works
  • Warning signs homeowners miss
  • Crew and owner introductions
  • Estimate and process explainers
Media content strategy

Four stages, every month, in the same order.

Most video fails because someone pointed a camera at a good business with no plan. The plan is the part people skip.

1Research

Before anything gets filmed, I find out what your customers are actually asking. That means your inbox, your sales calls, the questions your front desk answers twelve times a week, what competitors are already saying, and what people in your industry search for. The output is a list of topics ranked by how likely each one is to move someone toward calling you.

You get
  • A ranked topic list for the month
  • The question each video answers
  • Who the video is for and where they are in deciding
2Scripting

Every video gets written before we film. Not a word for word teleprompter script unless you want one, but a structure: the hook in the first three seconds, the points in order, and the close. You approve the scripts before filming day, which means nobody stands in front of a camera trying to remember what to say, and we do not waste a shoot discovering the idea does not work.

You get
  • A written outline or full script per video
  • Opening hooks written to stop a scroll
  • Your approval before anything is filmed
3Filming

Two half days a month at your office, clinic or job site. Camera, lighting and wireless audio, set up and broken down by me. We film in batches, so a single visit produces several finished pieces. Splitting the month into two visits means the second one can respond to something that happened after the first, instead of everything sounding like it was recorded on the same afternoon.

You get
  • Two half day sessions per month
  • Professional lighting and audio
  • Coaching on camera if you want it
4Editing

Cut, color corrected, audio cleaned, captions burned in, and exported in both a horizontal and a vertical version so the same video works on a website, a YouTube channel or a vertical feed. Delivered to a private gallery you can download from. What you publish and when is yours to decide.

You get
  • Finished videos in two formats
  • Captions burned in
  • Title and hook suggestions for each
What arrives

Finished files, not projects to manage.

Horizontal and vertical

The same edit exported both ways, so one video covers your site, YouTube, and vertical feeds without a re crop.

Captions burned in

Most social video is watched with the sound off. Captions are part of the edit, not something you add later.

Titles and hooks

Suggested titles and opening lines for each video, written during research. Use them or ignore them.

Raw footage on request

The original files, available as an add on if your team wants to cut their own versions later.

What this does not include

Said plainly, so nobody is surprised in week two. This is production. If you want the strategy and channel side, that is separate work and it lives on the marketing page.

  • Posting or scheduling. I do not upload to your accounts or manage a calendar. You receive files and publish on your own terms.
  • Running your social accounts. No community management, no replying to comments, no account access.
  • Paid advertising. The videos work as ad creative, but I am not buying or managing media here.
  • Ongoing marketing support. Performance reporting, funnels and campaign strategy are a separate engagement.

Questions

Before you start.

Do you post the videos for us?−
No. I deliver finished files and you publish them. That keeps your accounts in your hands, and it keeps this engagement about the quality of the video rather than the performance of your feed. If you want help deciding what to post and where, that is strategy work and it is priced separately.
Who writes the scripts?+
I do, from the research. You approve them before filming day. If someone on your team would rather write their own, that works too, and the research still tells us what the videos should cover.
Does someone have to be on camera?+
Usually yes, and it is usually the reason the video works. People hire the person they saw. That said, plenty of content can be filmed without anyone speaking to camera: the work itself, the facility, the process, with narration recorded separately.
How long is the commitment?+
Monthly, with a short initial term so the first month is not a leap of faith. The exact terms are in the agreement and I will walk you through them before you sign anything.
What if we need more videos one month?+
Additional videos can be added from footage already filmed, at a per video rate. If a month needs a third filming session, we schedule it and price it separately.
Do you travel outside Jacksonville?+
Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, and Kingsland and Camden County in Georgia, are covered. Further out is possible with travel built into the quote.
